**The Opportunity**

Hitachi is seeking an Administration Assistant to join the Revesby branch in a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role involves coordinating administrative tasks and supplying quality assistance to external customers and internal stakeholders and delivering high service levels.

**Reporting to the Administration Manager, your responsibilities will include**:

- Monthly WHS processes - Workplace audits & Inspections, WHS meetings, KPI reporting, WHS plan actions.
- Administration of branch tooling and facilities service and maintenance
- Administration of Contractor Safety registrations
- Assist with the local administration of branch vehicles.
- Raising process purchase orders and processing of invoices.
- Organise and schedule training.
- Assist in other general administration tasks.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and Excel (experience in MS Dynamics is preferable but not essential)
- High level of enthusiasm, motivation, and preparedness to go the extra mile.
- Technical knowledge of earthmoving equipment would be advantageous.
- Sound administration and database management experience.
- Safety Conscious - A strong, developed awareness and commitment to personal and peer health and safety.
