We are seeking highly skilled and organised individuals to fill the role of Administration Officer.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to a hospital's functionality.
- Perform administration activities and tasks to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain current referral information and follow up as required
- Coordinate appointments for clinicians and book patients in for Multidisciplinary Teams using electronic Medical Records
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Able to provide high-level administrative and organisational support in a fast-paced health environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving, prioritisation and communication skills to work effectively in a team
- Comprehensive experience in working in a flexible and dynamic team environment
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the hospital team
Referral Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date referral information
Appointment Coordination: Coordinate appointments for clinicians and book patients in for MDT
Requirements
A strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively
