Temporary Administrator – Initial 6 Week AssignmentSydney CBD | Healthcare Technology | Immediate StartAre you an organised and detail-oriented administrator looking for your next opportunity?
Our client, a leading healthcare technology provider based in the Sydney CBD, is seeking a proactive Administrator to join their team on a 6-week temporary assignment, with the potential for extension.This role will suit someone with strong administrative skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Managing inbound phone enquiries (Genesys Cloud), including voicemail monitoring and triaging to relevant Account Managers.Monitoring and triaging the Business group email inbox using Quick Steps, ensuring emails are filed correctly.Updating the Webleads spreadsheet with customer details and assigned Account Managers/BDMs.Performing data matches and generating reports for the Sales Team.Assisting with the Argus Transition project – mailbox access, billing support, and transition-related queries.Supporting administration processes, including:EDI account provisioningAUPD access provisioningBilling BC account provisioningeOrdering setupSubscribing customers to recurring reports (SQL, BI, CAT, etc.)About You:Previous experience in an administrative or customer support role.Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel skills highly regarded).
