About You
You're someone who truly cares—empathetic, resilient, and deeply committed to making a difference. You hold a Master's in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology and are registered with ASORC or AHPRA.
You have full working rights and a full Australian Driver's license.
The Role
As a Team Leader, your responsibilities will include delivering and exemplifying excellent client-centric services.
- Report to the Assistant Area Manager and work to reinforce a culture of mutual respect, support, growth, positive energy, achievement, and resilience.
- Effectively inform team members of gaps to expectations and coach them to meet company values, quality, compliance, and customer expectations.
- Motivate and empower team members to share their experiences and contribute ideas that enable collaboration and improve performance.
- Support clients with care and compassion, conduct meaningful assessments, and guide them through life-changing career transitions.
- Collaborate with a wide circle—building relationships with health professionals, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to co-create solutions that make a real difference.
- Identify barriers and design tailored Return to Work (RTW) plans focusing on recovery, resilience, and reintegration.
- Visit workplaces to understand challenges and advocate for safer, healthier, and more inclusive environments.
