Job Description

The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for:

  • Managing daily and operational administrative tasks, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, provide insights and support account growth strategies.
  • Preparing sales reports, pricing, presentations and promotional materials.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and industry regulations.
  • Assist in coordination of product launches and category reviews to support Account Managers.
The Successful Applicant

The Successful Sales Support Specialist Should Have

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, with strong working knowledge of Excel
  • Experience in a similar sales support, sales admin or account executive role
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in preparing and delivering presentations
  • Excellent communication skills with proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
