A global energy production company is seeking a Sales Administration professional to support their growth.

About the Role

This position provides essential support for Sales Specialists in a dynamic team environment.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced office setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Sales Specialists in tender development, including liaison with contractors and contract negotiation
  • Action enquiries from relevant sectors in a timely manner
  • Prepare invoices and sales contracts with high accuracy
  • Support project meetings
  • Review stock levels
  • Liaise with Logistics, Warehouse and Accounts teams to facilitate stock movement

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop tenders with Sales Specialists, involving contractor liaison and contract negotiation
  • Respond to sector-specific enquiries in a timely fashion
  • Precisely prepare invoices and sales contracts
  • Provide logistical support for project meetings
  • Maintain accurate stock level monitoring
  • Collaborate with Logistics, Warehouse and Accounts teams to streamline stock movement
