Administration Officer - CAMHS Statewide Services

Location: North Adelaide, Kaurna Land, SA

Contract: Full time - Term Contract (Temporary until 27 June 2026)

Overview

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) team as Administration Officer. You will provide high-quality administrative support to ensure efficient service delivery within CAMHS State-wide Services.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality administrative support including diary management, word processing, meeting coordination, and document handling.
  • Provide a positive first point of contact for clients and stakeholders through administrative support.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and client data using electronic systems such as CBIS, while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Support financial and procurement tasks, including invoice processing, resource ordering, and expenditure reporting.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture by promoting collaboration, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
About You
  • Proven administrative experience, including document preparation, accurate proofreading, and records management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise across diverse teams and clients.
  • Excellent customer service orientation with a commitment to service delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems, with the ability to use administrative tools effectively.
  • Working knowledge of confidentiality, privacy, and workplace safety principles, with adherence to relevant admin policies and procedures.
