Patient Option Liaison Officer

The Finance Department located at Logan Hospital are looking for a Patient Option Liaison Officer to join their team. The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of fee-paying patient services and revenue initiatives within the Hospital and Health Service through a range of specified activities including information systems management, patient interview and staff education.
Your New Role
Are you an experienced administrator with a talent for efficiency and organisation? We're looking for a person who has what it takes to support our Revenue team to deliver exceptional services to key stakeholders.

You will be values-driven, have a friendly personality and be a team player with the ability to:
- Exercise excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Utilise experience to handle a wide range of enquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Use their empathy and discretion related to sensitive situations
- Build relationships, with strong influencing, negotiating and conflict resolution skills
- Prioritise workloads during busy periods and adapt quickly to changing priorities
