Liaison Officer, Education

Job Title: Liaison Officer, School of Education
Schools and centres require an experienced Liaison Officer to assist with placement activities for pre-service and postgraduate students. The successful candidate will work remotely with colleagues across multiple campuses.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with student placement processes.
- Support the development of guidelines and manuals.
- Act as a liaison for all administrative matters related to professional experience.
- Provide support to students regarding Professional Experience matters.
- Assist with mentor, school, and supervisor payments.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office suite. They should also have strong organizational and time management skills, exercising judgment and managing multiple tasks.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and reviewing procedures.
- Providing administrative support to students.
- Managing data and reporting requirements.
