We're searching for a passionate, results-driven Regional Store Manager to oversee and support a portfolio of stores. If you're a leader who loves driving team success, improving performance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences — this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead and mentor Store Managers to drive sales, service, and operational excellence
Monitor KPIs across your region — sales, shrinkage, compliance, and labour
Conduct regular store visits and performance check-ins
Support recruitment, onboarding, and team development
Implement company strategies, campaigns, and store standards
Collaborate closely with Head Office and cross-functional teams
What You'll Bring:
3+ years of multi-site retail or area management experience
Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
Sound understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and compliance
Commercial acumen and ability to analyse and act on sales data
Great communication, time management, and decision-making abilities
Willingness to travel across your region as needed
