Regional Sales Manager – Automotive & Industrial

Location: Perth-based, covering WA & South Australia (with limited NT responsibility)

We are recruiting on behalf of a client in the automotive and industrial products sector for a Regional Sales Manager. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who enjoys building strong customer relationships, developing markets, and representing quality products.

The Role

  • Manage and grow sales across WA and South Australia
  • Build strong relationships with retail and distribution partners
  • Identify promotional and display opportunities in-store
  • Deliver product training and staff support
  • Attend trade events and support marketing initiatives
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs

About You

  • Proven experience in sales or business development (automotive, industrial, tools, or FMCG backgrounds considered)
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and confident presenting to groups
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the region
  • Passion for sales and customer engagement
