We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Production Operator in Nambour. This full-time, permanent role requires a team-oriented, self-motivated candidate with the ability to work shift work and overtime, with a strong focus on safety and quality.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Operating fill and pack production lines
  2. Processing equipment operation (e.g., pasteurisation & mix plants)
  3. Store room management and stocktaking of multiple SKUs
  4. Forklift operation
  5. Adhering to GMP and HACCP principles

Ideal candidates will possess fault finding and troubleshooting skills, effective communication, and sound numeracy and literacy skills. Additional qualifications in warehousing or food processing, and experience with SAP, would be advantageous.
