Our client has built a thriving business delivering quality health foods and products to the Australian market since 1990. Aiming to influence generational health through products and education, they are the ethical and trusted authority in the whole foods industry. They are currently looking for a Production Controller to join their team based in Warana.

We are looking for a motivated, organised and experienced person to the rapidly growing health food production company. We are seeking a production controller who is an all-rounder. There is the potential for career growth as the business continues to expand.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Previous experience in food operation is highly regarded.
- Understanding HACCP principles and food safety procedures.
- Qualification in food processing desirable but not essential.
- Good computer skills to use inventory systems.
- An energetic and positive attitude with a hunger to learn.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Strong leadership skills.
- Scheduling of the Team and best use of rooms/facilities.
- Operating food processing and packaging machinery.
- Ensuring HACCP procedures are followed daily.
- Ordering ingredients
- Researching products
- Ensuring facilities are clean and ready for next production shift at the end of the day.
- Essential to have exceptional time management skills and ability to multitask.

- An interest in health and wellness (especially when it comes to food)
- Ability to maintain high workloads and cope with a fast-paced work environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and willingness to learn - no day is the same
- HACCP experience or understanding
- Experience in food production
- A team player
