We are looking for a dedicated individual who is flexible and adaptable to work a variety of work rosters, show attention to detail, and have a demonstrated ability to build positive relationships and rapport within the business.

About This Opportunity

We are now seeking to recruit a pro-active Production Operator who is ready to make a positive impact to our Nambour team. The position is a full time permanent position.

We require a team-oriented and highly skilled operator who is self-motivated, able to work shift work and overtime as required, and have a strong focus on safety and quality. Previous experience in any of the below will be highly regarded:

  • Operating fill and pack production lines
  • Processing equipment (e.g. pasteurisation & mix plants)
  • Store room management and stocktaking multiple SKU's
  • Forklift operation
  • Food industry experience

The successful candidate will possess exceptional fault finding / troubleshooting skills, effective communication skills and have a solid understanding of GMP and HACCP principles. Sound numeracy and literacy skills are required. Further warehousing or food processing qualifications would be advantageous as would any experience with SAP.
