Our client, a powerhouse recognised for its iconic brands, is seeking a talented Revenue Growth Manager to join its dynamic team. In this role, you will support revenue growth strategies and contribute to our client's mission of pioneering sustainable market leadership locally and globally.

Your duties will include:
  • Supporting the Head of Revenue Growth in developing strategies (Pack, Price, Promotion) to drive net price realisation across the client's portfolio.
  • Delivering actionable insights to improve performance using analytics and external market data.
  • Collaborating with commercial teams to evaluate and optimise revenue opportunities.
  • Managing pricing and promotion strategies for new product development using internal and external insights.
We are looking for candidates who possess:
  • A degree in finance, commerce, or a related field.
  • Experience in commercial finance partnering sales as a Senior Analyst or Manager within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in advanced modelling techniques.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • A track record of success in driving growth and influencing stakeholders.
