Overview

The Account Manager / Depot Specialist blends client relationship support with hands-on device preparation and shipping tasks. This role focuses on managing a specific client account while performing select depot responsibilities. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, and able to balance customer-facing duties with operational workload.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring prompt responses and proactive communication.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Track and manage account activities, service requests, and device orders.
  • Address issues, escalate when needed, and follow through to resolution.
  • Perform assigned depot tasks (staging, kitting, labeling, shipping).
  • Process returns and prepare devices for redeployment.
  • Maintain accurate device records and follow Proof of Delivery (POD) guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines and maintain quality.
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years in customer service or account management (B2B or technical service preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high customer satisfaction.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to learn internal systems and processes.
  • Experience in telecom, wireless, or technology services.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with mobile device lifecycle processes.
  • Understanding of carrier policies, upgrade programs, and mobile hardware.
  • Ability to interpret account, service, or inventory reports.
