What You'll Do
  • Build trusted relationships with new SimpliSafe customers
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs and account updates
  • Represent SimpliSafe's trusted home security brand with professionalism and confidence
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic customer concerns
  • Meet and exceed performance goals with the support of your team
What We\'re Looking For
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage client relationships with care and efficiency
  • Energetic, coachable, and eager to grow
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales is a plus—but not required
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Bonus - bilingual in English and Spanish (not required)
