Here's what you will be doing:
- Participate in on-the-job training to apply academic knowledge in real mining operations.
- Work FIFO from Perth to Leonora/Laverton on an 8 days on, 6 days off roster with 12-hour shifts.
- Gain exposure to various mining disciplines including Geology, Mining Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Surveying, and Metallurgy.
- Collaborate with mentors and teams to develop practical skills and industry insight.
The company is looking for:
- Undergraduate students studying Geology, Mining Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or Surveying.
- Enthusiastic individuals ready to start a career in the mining industry.
- Competitive day rate compensation during the program.
- All-inclusive accommodation, meals, and flights to and from Perth provided.
- Provision of all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Access to community and wellness facilities including onsite gym, pool, recreation room, BBQ area, and free Wi-Fi.
