Job DescriptionReq#: B8CJF. The ORS Occupational Therapy team is expanding and we are seeking our next Regional Manager to come on board You will be joining a national team of 70+ Occupational Therapists in our NDIS division performing clinical services to participants aged 0-65 with various diagnoses and disability types.
Your responsibilities as a Regional Manager will include:
- Supporting a team of Occupational Therapists with day-to-day service delivery and clinical guidance, answering questions and assisting with strategies on complex cases.
- Delivering training, induction, and supervision as required.
- Completing quality assurance report reviews and feedback.
- Attending appointments with Occupational Therapists to provide support and training.
- Completing high-quality clinical services and assessments as required in complex cases.
- Developing exceptionally well-written reports and management plans that incorporate useful and cutting-edge strategies and interventions.
- Driving growth and market share in your region.
You will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, community, and/or ORS offices.

Requirements- An Occupational Therapy degree and AHPRA registration (or the ability to become registered).
- A car and license.
- A National Police Clearance and Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check (or willingness to obtain one before commencement).
- Clinical experience, preferably within the NDIS or similar.
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, and other complex diagnoses.
- Current management experience in a clinical or NDIS setting.
