A key role within our expanding occupational therapy team, providing leadership and clinical guidance to support staff in delivering high-quality services.
As a regional manager, you will play a vital part in driving growth and market share in your region, while ensuring the delivery of exceptional client-centered services.
You will be responsible for supporting a team of occupational therapists with day-to-day service delivery and clinical guidance, answering questions and assisting with strategies on complex cases.
Delivering training, induction, and supervision as required, completing quality assurance report reviews and feedback, attending appointments with occupational therapists to provide support and training, and developing exceptionally well-written reports and management plans.

Key Responsibilities:- Supporting a team of occupational therapists with day-to-day service delivery and clinical guidance.
- Delivering training, induction, and supervision as required.
- Completing quality assurance report reviews and feedback.
- Attending appointments with occupational therapists to provide support and training.
- Developing exceptionally well-written reports and management plans.
- An occupational therapy degree and registration with AHPRA (or the ability to become registered).
- A car and driver's license.
- A national police clearance and working with children/working with vulnerable people check (or willingness to obtain one before commencement).
- Clinical experience, preferably within the NDIS or similar.
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disability, and other complex diagnoses.
- Current management experience in a clinical or NDIS setting.
