About The Role
We're looking for an energetic, driven, and high-performing Business Development professional to join our team, selling Peninsula's outsourced HR and Health & Safety solutions to SMEs (typically 5-50 employees).
Don't worry if you haven't worked in our industry — we provide full training. What matters is your drive, resilience, and a consultative, value-based approach to sales.
What Will You Do
- Proactively generate your own leads, appointments, and referrals.
- Attend appointments booked by your Telemarketing partner and those you book yourself.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Build relationships with referral partners and introducers.
- Manage and grow a healthy, active sales pipeline.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-reward environment.
- A proven sales professional with 2 years plus track record of selling in a B2B environment as a BDM
- A consultative, value-driven sales style.
- Ambition, energy, and laser focus on results.
- Ability to sell to different audiences including Business Owners, Board of Directors and HR Managers.
- Uncapped Earnings: When we say uncapped, we truly mean it. Drive & strive to change the trajectory of your earnings.
- Commission accelerators - Each month drive your earnings into 10% accelerators
- Year 1 Package - starting base salary of up to $100,000 + Super & uncapped commission, plus Company Car or Car Allowance. Year 1 minimum earning $150K+
- Peninsula Bonuses - additional quarterly bonuses up to $30,000
