Servicing Melbourne West to the Geelong region, we can be flexible on location As a Plena Speech Pathologist, you will be making a real difference for adults living with conditions such as dementia, Parkinson's disease, stroke, progressive neurological disorders, and age-related decline. Whether you're a seasoned clinician or a recent graduate, this role offers the support and flexibility to shape your ideal career path. Your Role: * Deliver dysphagia and communication assessments and interventions. * Manage your own calendar — flexible hours and locations that suit your lifestyle. * Provide in-person and telehealth services across residential care and community settings. * Collaborate with a national team of dedicated Speech Pathologists. * Travel opportunities to support clients in regional areas (optional). * Advocate for and support clients with complex communication needs. * Educate and consult with families, support coordinators, and care teams. What You'll Need: * A degree in Speech Pathology and membership with Speech Pathology Australia. * Valid driver's licence and reliable transport for travel. * Passion for improving the lives of older adults.
