Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level with a dynamic and innovative IT solutions provider?

Data#3 is seeking a motivated and passionate sales professional to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will help to shape the future of our business by managing and expanding an established account base within your territory. You'll create and execute strategic plans to exceed sales targets, collaborate with key account leads, and develop meaningful relationships with our valued customers.

In this role you will:

Independently manage customer issues, maintain commercial relationships, and identify new sales opportunities.
Maximise profitability and renewal rates through sales engagements.
Develop and manage a business plan for territory growth and acquisition.
Maximise customer satisfaction to the customer base through professional communication.
Drive demand generation activities specific to the success of your role.
Communicate effectively with internal teams, gain in-depth knowledge of customer industries, and lead tenders and proposals.
Deliver a sales experience fostering customer loyalty, inspire customers to rethink strategies, and provide unique insights for competitiveness.
Build quick connections with key stakeholders, tailor communications, and develop opportunities with urgency.
Drive business opportunities with partners, maintain a respected reputation, and achieve vendor sales certifications.
Maintain consistent sales forecasting, manage vendor bids and pricing, follow sales processes, and achieve debtor management targets.

What will help you do the job well?

Business acumen – You're consultative with your customers and interested in their business.
Sales experience – You have a history of growing business, meeting/exceeding targets, and building customer/vendor relationships. Having the confidence and energy to meet customers and pick up the phone and talk to customers is a must.
Attention to detail – You have a high attention to detail.
Great communication – You build and maintain relationships with people at all levels in organisations. You have strong interpersonal skills to influence and persuade and you are proficient in business writing and active listening.
Problem solver – You're known for your ability to solve problems and bring order to complex situations.
Fast learner with an interest in tech – You're interested in tech and might have worked in a technology company previously. You're excited learning new things, love to figure things out and thrive in a busy environment.
