Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  • Support the TPRM program through timely completion of daily activities for Partner Banking partnerships.
  • Conduct new third-party onboarding activities and periodic due diligence assessments on new and existing partners, engaging Subject Matter Experts and program stakeholders as necessary.
  • Continuously monitor partner risk after the partner contract is executed (e.g., monitoring performance levels and periodically requesting and analyzing current due diligence).
  • Process and document all steps of the TPRM program accurately and thoroughly.
  • Maintain the database of partner risk information, tracking and gathering all supporting data and documentation, and communicating this data via consistent reporting, presentations, or as otherwise requested.
  • Track partner risk management KPIs and KRIs and provide reporting and other documentation as required to support TPRM function.
  • Assist the business in the facilitation of partner selection and contract negotiation.
  • Address and troubleshoot all partner requests, issues, incidents, or other partner problems in a timely manner and escalate to management as required.
  • Interact with program stakeholders across the organization to maintain compliance with TPRM program requirements.

Working Conditions

This position is performed in a regular office work environment. The position requires some physical activity in the maintenance of facilities and corporate office. Able to lift over 10 lbs. The incumbent will be expected to be able to work Monday through Friday; occasional evening and weekend work may be required. Flexibility with work location and hours may be granted if circumstances permit. We will consider candidates in the following states: Florida, Alabama, California, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, and Texas.

Travel
  • Must be willing to travel to various locations for third party risk management due diligence if needed.
Qualifications Summary
Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent experience required. Bachelors' Degree in Business or related discipline preferred.
Experience
  • 5 to 7 years' experience in third party risk management.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience assessing third-party risk.
  • Experience in a financial services institution preferred.
Knowledge & Skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Advanced Excel skills preferred.
  • Ability to serve as project coordinator.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.

The salary range for this position is $80,000-$100,000 and is commensurate with experience.
