We're seeking a motivated Junior Estimating & Contracts Support professional who has started their construction journey and is eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in the industry.

• Assisting with cost estimates, take-offs, and tender submissions
• Collecting and comparing quotes from suppliers and subcontractors
• Supporting the Estimator/Director with budgets, contracts, and project handovers
• Helping prepare and review subcontractor agreements and variations
• Entering data into systems and maintaining project documentation
• Working closely with Project Managers and Supervisors to keep projects on track

• Mentorship & development – learn directly from senior industry professionals
• Variety in your role – exposure to estimating, contracts, procurement, and project support
• Career progression – gradually take on more responsibility as your skills grow
• Hands-on experience – site visits, subcontractor management, and real project involvement

• 1–3 years' experience in construction, estimating, or contracts support
• A good eye for detail and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
