Responsibilities

We seek an accomplished Business Development Manager with a proven track record selling into Home Builders and/or Project Developers. This role is ideal for a high-performing professional who thrives on opening doors, securing accounts, building strategic partnerships and driving sustainable business growth. This is a new position to add to our growing team.

  • Leverage your business development expertise to open new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with builders, developers and trade partners
  • Drive revenue growth through new accounts and long-term partnerships
  • Provide insights and market intelligence to support company strategy
  • Work with autonomy and authority
Qualifications
  • Proven success as a BDM within the industry or a related industry
  • A strong professional network and the ability to generate opportunities from day one
  • Outstanding relationship management, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Commercial acumen with a track record of achievement
  • Drive, initiative, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
