What You'll Be Doing:

  • Partner with hiring managers to lead and deliver the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders, providing exceptional support throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Align recruitment needs with our broader talent strategy to attract and retain top talent.
  • Continuously improve recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Champion our employer brand across platforms such as LinkedIn, Seek, and Glassdoor.
  • Stay ahead of recruitment trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
  • Reporting on recruitment statuses and performance to senior leaders.

What You'll Bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, HR, or a related field, or equivalent recruitment experience.
  • Solid knowledge of recruitment processes and best-practice approaches.
  • Outstanding communication skills and the confidence to engage in courageous conversations.
  • A vibrant, approachable personality with the ability to connect across all levels of the business.
  • High levels of motivation, resilience, and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience with PageUp / Workday or similar recruitment software (preferred).
