Your Leadership & Impact
This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role. You'll:

• Lead recruitment strategy and talent acquisition initiatives across the business
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define role needs and build workforce plans
• Coach and mentor hiring managers to improve recruitment capability and decision-making
• Build and promote our employer brand to attract top talent
• Design innovative sourcing campaigns and talent pipelines, including early career programs
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring excellent candidate experience
• Oversee preferred suppliers and maintain high compliance and data standards
• Use data and insights to continuously improve recruitment outcomes
• Champion diversity, inclusion, and workforce planning initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across all talent activities

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and leading recruitment initiatives
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills — you inspire and influence others
• Creative thinker with marketing instincts for crafting campaigns and engaging candidates
• Confident with reporting, insights, and using data to guide strategy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, curious, and continuously looking for ways to improve recruitment impact
