Bring your passion for people and talent strategy to our People team as Recruitment Advisor Your recruitment expertise and ability to build strong relationships will be key to success in this role.

About the role

  • Monday to Friday at Perth WAC Head Office
  • Maintain proactive and effective communication with all stakeholders
  • Facilitate and execute the complete recruitment process from sourcing to contract issue and onboarding support including but not limited to medical bookings.
  • Develop and manage talent pools that align to current demand utilising SuccessFactors, Seek and LinkedIn
  • Participate in attraction and recruitment campaigns for graduates, vacation students, trainees and apprentices aligning to intake requirements
  • Support internal redeployment opportunities and internal talent assessments encouraging internal transfer/promotion opportunities where possible
  • Work closely with the Mobilisation and People Operations team to ensure a positive candidate and stakeholder experience
  • Contribute to the general improvement of all People procedures and functions

About you

  • Proven experience as a recruiter in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Knowledge of the resources industry, in particular mining and maintenance, would be advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Strong time management and attention to detail is required in our agile environment.
  • An ability to work independently on an assigned portfolio but also as a collaborative team member.
  • Proficient in the use of SuccessFactors, would be useful, but training can be provided.
