Full-Time Practice Manager – Vermont Village Vet

The Role

As Practice Manager, you'll be responsible for people and business management, supporting the wellbeing of the team, and helping our clinic thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing the daily operations of the clinic
  • Leading and supporting a passionate team of vets and nurses
  • Staff rostering, recruitment, onboarding and performance support
  • Inventory control and supplier relationships
  • Overseeing client service and workflow optimisation
  • Financial and business reporting
  • Supporting a positive and inclusive team culture
About You
  • You have prior experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer-focused leadership role
  • You're a confident communicator with strong organisational skills
  • You enjoy problem-solving and leading teams to success
  • You're tech-savvy and comfortable using veterinary practice software
  • You're passionate about pets, people, and creating a great place to work
