The Role

We're looking for an Implementation Coordinator to join our Implementation team in Melbourne. This role is central to the successful onboarding and setup of our newest customers.

You'll work closely with a Project Manager and Pre-Implementation Consultant to bring each customer's requirements to life — configuring systems, managing data, supporting integrations, and ensuring everything is in place for go-live.

As you grow in the role, you'll also take on responsibilities for customer training and enablement.

We're after someone who's technically curious, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Configuration & Setup
  • Configure customer systems based on solution designs
  • Adjust builds post-validation to reflect customer feedback
  • Support light-touch integrations with third-party tools
  • Data Management
  • Prepare, validate, and import customer data with accuracy
  • Troubleshoot data issues to support smooth onboarding
  • Project Delivery
  • Work closely with Project Managers and Pre-Implementation Consultants to keep projects on track
  • Raise risks early and communicate clearly with the team
  • Share insights with the Customer Experience team to support long-term success
  • Customer Support & Training
  • Provide responsive, thoughtful support during implementation
  • Over time, deliver training to end-users and admins to help them get the most from the platform
  • Process Improvement
  • Maintain internal documentation and contribute to improving how we work

Key Skills & Experience

Must Have:

  • 1-3 years' experience in SaaS implementation, system configuration, or project delivery.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail, especially with data handling.
  • Confidence using new systems and working independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts simply.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Procurement or Source-to-Contract platformssystems.
  • Exposure to software configuration and/or client onboarding.
