The role

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound leads. You will be a self-starter with a passion for sales and a desire to contribute to the company's grow

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential customers to generate interest in our products/services.
• Qualify inbound leads by engaging with prospects to understand their business needs and pain points.
• Maintain and manage lead information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sectors for outreach.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products/services and the competitive landscape.
• Schedule, and attend industry networking events/ roadshows and lunches to strengthen your customer relations.
• Assist in preparing data-driven insights for the sales team to help optimize outreach efforts.

Skills/ Experience

• Previous experience in a SaaS, tech, B2B environment
• Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.
• A strong drive to achieve and overachieve, both as an individual and as part of a team (strong work ethic)
• Excellent communication and listening skills
