OverviewAs a Digital Marketing Account Manager, your role would be dual-faceted. On one end, you will dive headfirst into our clients\' businesses, designing and implementing cutting-edge digital marketing strategies. On the other end, working closely with the Managing Director, you will be an integral part of an extraordinary journey to elevate this agency to new heights.

Candidate Skills and Abilities to make Role a Success- Experienced Digital Marketer with 5+ years' experience that has worked in agency or providing solutions to multiple clients.
- Ability to delegate to team members to deliver digital marketing campaigns.
- Project Management skills to deliver projects to deadlines and budgets.
- Collaborated with team members to create and execute digital marketing strategies.
- Be proud of the work you produce and deliver (sprinkle of perfectionist).
- Strong communication and relationship building skills with staff and clients.
- Strong Data Analysis and Research skills to draw business conclusions from marketing data.
- Strong experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube
- Experience building advertising campaigns on Meta/Facebook Business Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Hands on experience in content creation.
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload to hit deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail with a passion for delivering high-quality creative outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Onboarding new clients successfully into our agency.
- Collaborating with the team to create highly effective B2B marketing strategies that meet client objectives and demonstrate the ROI
- Delegating project and campaign tasks to our team and project managing the build process.
- Managing the client relationship via email, phone and in person.
- Analysing client performance, reporting on results, and revising strategies accordingly.
- Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news).
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Ensure the work that goes out is to the highest standards
- Build online relationships with client target audiences.
- Engage and moderate social media communities in conjunction with client sales teams.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in digital marketing, design and applications
- Manage client advertising budgets to achieve optimal ROI.
