We are excited to invite applications for the role of Client Partner with our team in Sydney. The Client Partner role is intended to continue your growth and career in a leadership-based role within the media industry. You will be enabled to develop leadership for our clients and our team at iProspect. The scope of this role presents the opportunity to continue exposure to using media to solve client business challenges, and to collaborate with complimentary disciplines across our agency network to achieve the same.
In this role you will lead a talented client team on multiple accounts in media and SEO deliverables, reporting to the Managing Director.
The role
As a Client Partner, your immediate responsibilities will include ownership and oversight of client relationships, media strategy and planning, the management and development of your client team and their P&Ls, and the growth of our business as both iProspect and Dentsu through internal cross-sell and new business contributions.
Core responsibilities:
- Delivers innovative and ambitious, strategic and commercial solutions that balance client and agency values, working closely with colleagues and clients
- Manages the team to ensure strong relationships with counterparts to deliver outstanding client service and growth
- Immerses self and team in clients' business: understands challenges, objectives, market context, competitive threats, and partners; knows client products, applies this knowledge to deliver innovative client plans
- Understands client commercial framework and works with senior account leadership to ensure business is run profitably
- Improves client satisfaction to expand existing revenue streams and build new ones
- Manages systems for forecasting spend and tracking progress
- Translates agency strategy into executable business plans that deliver business value
A bit about you

- Strong understanding of the AU media landscape
- An appetite to learn and grow within our industry and team, and build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor with senior client and industry stakeholders
- Proven success leading local and global teams, and working in fast-paced project management methodologies
- Digital-first background with presence, a love of client relationship building, and the ambition to drive the agency forward
- Desire to grow your career professionally, with energy to motivate your team – proactive and collaborative ways of working
- Strong demonstrated commercial acumen
