We're recruiting on behalf of a long-standing Adelaide commercial builder known for high-quality project delivery and a genuine, down-to-earth team culture. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work-they're looking to bring a Contract Administrator into the fold as they continue to grow steadily and sustainably.
This is a business that does things properly-valuing long-term relationships, clear communication, and building a supportive workplace where people stick around.
The RoleAs a Contract Administrator, you'll be a key player in the commercial team, working closely with Project Managers and Site Managers to help deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing procurement, preparing and issuing subcontracts
Budget tracking, forecasting, and cost reporting
Administering head contracts, variations, and progress claims
Supporting project delivery from pre-construction through to handover
Engaging with subcontractors, consultants, and clients
Contributing to a culture of accountability, quality, and teamwork
Experience in a CA role within commercial construction
Solid knowledge of contracts, cost control, and procurement
Strong communication and organisational skills
A proactive, team-first attitude with attention to detail
Ability to work independently while collaborating with delivery team.
Work with a respected builder with over 20 years in the Adelaide market
Great variety of projects across commercial, industrial, retail, and more
Tight-knit, supportive team with solid systems and leadership
No egos, just good people doing quality work
