This role provides administrative support on a day-to-day basis. Key responsibilities include:
- Reception and front desk management
- Staff travel arrangements and logistics
- Effective invoice management and processing
- Maintenance of supplier relationships and communications
- Support for special projects and initiatives
- Provision of administrative assistance to board members as needed
- Management of contract registers and documentation
- General office administration and support for management
- Coordination of office supplies, meeting rooms, and kitchen facilities
The Office Coordinator will work part-time in the Sydney office, with 2 days spent in-office and 1 day working from home (3 days/week total). This fixed-term contract runs from May 1st to December 31st 2025.
