This permanent part-time role, based in Mascot, offers an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive office support, serve as the first point of contact for visitors, coordinate logistics, and manage office facilities. Working hours are from 8 : 30 am to 3 pm, Monday to Thursday.
Key Responsibilities
- Reception : Welcome visitors, manage meeting room bookings, and maintain a tidy reception area.
- Dispatch & Receiving : Ship products, coordinate packages, and handle mail.
- Office Management : Address queries, coordinate maintenance, and manage supplies.
- Security : Maintain security tags and manage access to facilities.
- HR Support : Assist with onboarding and employee welcome packs.
- Invoicing & Records : Process invoices and maintain employee records.
- Engagement : Support company activities, manage events, and assist with staff initiatives.
Required Skills and Attributes
- High School Certification or equivalent
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, MS Teams)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage activities within a budget
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, with initiative
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
