We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Sydney. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing a fast-paced work environment while providing exceptional support to our Sydney leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a detail-oriented approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and discretion.
Who You Are:
- Educational Background: A relevant qualification or equivalent experience in administration, business, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in an Office Coordinator role or similar capacity, with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with project management tools is a bonus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior management and stakeholders at all levels.
- Attributes: Proactive, adaptable, and able to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. Strong attention to detail and time management skills are essential.
- Full working rights in Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients; answer and direct phone calls; manage emails and correspondence.
- Maintain office equipment and supplies, and coordinate repairs as needed.
- Manage office space, including seating arrangements and space planning.
- Organize internal and external events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, transport) for staff and handle administrative requests from employees.
- Assist with onboarding new employees.
- Act as a liaison between various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Sydney leadership.
