We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Coordinator. This role will be responsible for maintaining the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
About the Job:- Manage Office Systems: Oversee the maintenance of office supplies, manage vendors, and ensure that all systems run efficiently.
- Welcome Clients and Guests: Provide a warm and professional welcome to clients and guests, setting the tone for a positive experience.
- Coordinate Meetings and Events: Support meeting room bookings, set-ups, and tidy-ups to ensure seamless communication and productivity.
- Support the Team: Ensure employees have everything they need to be productive and happy, including scheduling, correspondence, and administrative tasks.
