Position Overview

Sync Lift Engineering are expanding, and we are growing our team in the Gladstone region. We are seeking an experienced Projects Administrator to join the team to help manage the onboarding processes and site compliance for upcoming projects in the Gladstone region.

This role will be based out of the Gladstone head office as well as on site when projects are being undertaken.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Manage the mobilisation and site access process for projects
  • Ensure compliance with reporting and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities, including inventory, maintenance, and safety inspections
  • Coordinate with Project Managers & Supervisors with day-to-day administrative support
  • Track project schedules, rosters and resource allocation

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in site management or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
