Overview

What's the role?

  • As a Product Coordinator, you'll support the migration and maintenance of product data across all lines. Working with templates and excel to upload new and existing products into our database for BLA. Supporting our Product Managers to build sell sheets, Marketing promotional material and price lists.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Upload and maintain master data for new and existing products
  • Maintain and update product databases and price lists
  • Support Product Managers with building new product sell sheets and web data for marketing
  • Coordinate promotional material from templates
  • Provide overflow support for supplier communications
  • Collate Safety Data Sheets for new products
  • Support in-field product training and admin tasks as needed
  • May be required to participate in Trade shows, training and development activities.

What can you bring?

  • High attention to detail
  • Intermediate Excel data migration skills
  • Experience with 365 Dynamics (advantageous)
  • Knowledge of marine parts and accessories (highly desirable)
