We're excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced and motivatedExperienced Tax Preparer/Office Managerto lead ourmedium-sized, year-round Mudgee office, which prepares approximately1,000 tax returns annually.

As Experienced Tax Preparer/Office Manager, you will:

  • Leverage your tax preparation expertise to oversee and optimize office operations.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a dynamic team to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
  • Deliver exceptional service by assisting clients with their individual and business tax needs.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay ahead in the industry.
What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in preparingindividual and business tax returns.
  • Leadership skills with the ability tomotivate and guide a team.
  • A commitment to deliveringoutstanding serviceto both clients and staff.
  • Excellentproblem-solving skillsand keenattention to detail.
  • Ability tomanage multiple prioritiesin a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to attendtraining sessions and meetingsas required.
  • No current employment with any other tax accountant that could create aconflict of interest.
  • Asmartphonecapable of accessing theMyID system.
