Overview

Our culture is all about our people This role takes that service to the next level, working with customers to tailor their furnishings requirements in their homes to match exactly what they want through our Made 2 Measure offering. The position is for a Floating Sales Consultant who enjoys building relationships and will love the challenge of developing business outside of the opportunities that walk through the door.

This role is based out of Bondi or within the surrounding region and will travel to other stores within your region to provide cover where needed.

Responsibilities
  • Expertly match our products and services to client needs both in-store and in-home visits
  • Measure and quote for the furnishings requirements of clients
  • Manage the end to end process from order through to installation
  • Provide high-level client service and follow up in a friendly, professional and timely manner
  • Work with the dedicated stores furnishings team to ensure all administrative duties are complete
  • Maintain high level communication with clients and the in-store team
About You
  • Selling experience background within either: in-home or outside sales, preferably in specialty or custom product/services
  • Retail environment – ideally within Home Decor/Furnishings
  • Excellent attention to detail with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and driven by sales and results
  • Ability to work autonomously with excellent time management skills
  • Strong customer and team focus
  • Ability to build leads and develop new clients
Requirements For The Role
  • Valid and full driver's license
  • Availability to work full-time five days per week, one being a weekend day and one late night within the fortnight
  • Proficiency with using a PC/Tablet and Microsoft Windows based programs
  • Ability to meet monthly sales and KPI targets
  • High level written and verbal communication
