City Cave North Strathfield have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated part time or casual Float Assistant. This role will suit someone who loves to support our clients through exceptional customer service ensuring the best City Cave experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that the customer service needs and expectations are exceeded daily.
- Ensure facility remains clean and well presented at all times.
- Make sure all Float Rooms are clean and dry between clients.
- Make sure all-Infrared Sauna Rooms are clean and prepped for the next client.
- Herbal Tea/Water service.
- Washing teacups and glasses.
- Overall operational control and performance of the City Cave Centre.
- Merchandising of inventory.
- Administration and Diary Management.
- Complete Water Chemistry Test and treat effectively.
- Respond to all customer feedback and enquiries promptly.
- Ensure all facilities and services are in a safe and operational capacity
- Maintain sales and second line of income targets.

We are a busy centre, and open until 9:00pm 7 days per week so the ability to work the evenings is essential.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $22.00 - $48.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 38 per week
