About Your Role

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Payroll Administration Officer to work within our Payroll Division.

Responsibilities
  • Manage employee queries and ensure the payroll function provides an exemplary level of customer service
  • Manage payroll inbox
  • New Employee Details
  • Process Employee Termination pays
  • Process leave requests
  • Work in partnership with the People function to improve the delivery of services
What We Look For
  • Demonstrated experience in Payroll processing
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in payroll systems
  • Understanding of relevant Award and EBA conditions
  • Strong analytical and financial analysis skills
  • Strong initiative and self-motivation
  • Ability to respond to a range of queries in a timely manner
  • Proven ability to manage time and prioritise
