Customer Support Consultant - SaaS Support and Configuration

Work closely with insurance clients on a live SaaS platform. This role is part of the delivery team and focused on post-go-live support. It suits someone with strong technical skills who enjoys problem-solving, systems thinking, and working across multiple environments.

The role involves managing support requests, analysing root causes, and configuring solutions using the same tools and scripting capabilities as the project delivery team. It's ideal for someone who prefers ongoing platform ownership and resolving varied issues over project-based cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve support issues across rules, workflows, calculations and documents
• Configure platform changes using internal tools and scripting
• Collaborate with consultants, product and customer stakeholders
• Review support requests to ensure they are the right solution before delivery
• Maintain stability and performance across a portfolio of active clients
• Provide support for release cycles and platform training when needed

What we're looking for

• Experience in SaaS support, software implementation or application support
• Ability to configure business rules, workflows and calculations in a configurable platform
• Experience working with relational data (SQL knowledge is beneficial)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Confident in communicating with clients and internal product teams
• Insurance or policy/claims knowledge is highly desirable
