We are looking for an Application Consultant who will provide consulting services to our existing clients to ensure they achieve maximum benefit from using our software applications and resolve any issues professionally and promptly. Engagements range from full lifecycle project delivery, in-depth product consulting, to mentoring and knowledge transfer. To succeed in this role, you must possess strong technical skills across all ABC Quant supported products and be able to work closely with clients.

Requirements:

  • Detailed understanding of existing and future ABC Quant products
  • Good understanding of alternative investments
  • Experience working in small to medium project teams
  • 5+ years of experience in Application Support and implementation (Oracle, MySQL, LAMP)
  • 5+ years programming experience - PHP, Jscript, jQuery
  • Strong communication skills, with daily contact with end customers

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and fix problems remotely
  • Provide instant consulting services through online sessions
  • Escalate issues when necessary
  • Request code modifications and new features
  • Collaborate with the development team to facilitate future application development
