Front Office Attendant - Gateway Hotel

Do you have a knack for making people feel instantly welcome? Do you get a buzz from creating a "home away from home" for every guest? We are looking for a superstar Front Office Attendant to join our team.

A day in the life of a Front Office Attendant:

  • Be the first friendly face our guests see, setting the stage for an unforgettable visit with your warmth and great vibes.
  • Bring a positive and upbeat energy to every check-in, phone call, and email.
  • Handle everything from check-ins and check-outs to emails and phone calls, all with confidence and efficiency.
  • Stay on top of all the venue's happenings, from bistro specials to upcoming events, so you're always ready with a helpful recommendation.
  • Anticipate guest needs, offering directions, local tips, and a friendly word to make them feel like a VIP.
About You
  • You know that a great guest experience is all about the details.
  • You're a natural with people and have a passion for making their day.
  • You're a master of organisation and great with a computer.
  • You've got your RSA certificate ready to go.
