  • Bring a positive and upbeat energy to every check-in, phone call, and email.
  • Handle check-ins and check-outs, emails and phone calls with confidence and efficiency.
  • Stay informed about the venue's happenings, from bistro specials to upcoming events, so you are ready with helpful recommendations.
  • Anticipate guest needs, offer directions and local tips, and provide a friendly, VIP-style experience.
About You
  • You know that a great guest experience is all about the details.
  • You're a natural with people and have a passion for making their day.
  • You're a master of organisation and comfortable with computer use.
  • You've got your RSA certificate ready to go.
