About the Role

Milton, Brisbane | Full-time | 5 Days in Office

This is a high-impact, high-reward role for an experienced SaaS Account Executive who thrives on owning the sales cycle, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals.

You won't be starting from scratch — you'll inherit a warm book of enterprise accounts with active engagement and room to grow. You'll deepen these relationships, drive retention and renewal, and proactively expand your portfolio with new opportunities.

This is a role for someone strategic, commercial, and fast-moving – equally confident in relationship management and new business development. Your success is in your hands, and your earning potential reflects the energy you bring.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of enterprise clients, focusing on long-term success and retention
  • Identify expansion opportunities and proactively drive cross-sell and upsell strategies
  • Generate new business through outbound prospecting, market insight, and solution-led selling
  • Own the full sales cycle – from discovery and demo to proposal, close, and renewal
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Delivery, and Marketing) to ensure seamless client experiences
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene, forecast accurately, and report on performance
  • Contribute to sales strategy and share insights that shape the way we grow

What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, HR tech, or professional services
  • A solid understanding of the sales lifecycle and enterprise buyer behaviour
  • Strong pipeline management skills and a solution-focused sales approach
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing and growing client accounts post-sale
